To some, Mrs Quynh may appear as a resilient and hardened businesswoman. But to every guest who meets her, she is someone genuine, approachable, endearing - and above all, a passionate ambassador of tea who inspires everyone she meets.

Her love for tea radiates through her eyes, her smiles, and in every conversation about tea plants, her ideals, and her heartfelt desire to give back to her homeland. You can feel her passion in the way she cradles each cup of tea - with care, reverence, and deep affection. That love and dedication have only grown stronger with time, never once fading.

Indeed, even if she were to live for another hundred years, Mrs Quynh would still burn with the same unwavering spirit - for tea and for her community. Now past the age of 60, Artisan Ha Ngoc Quynh remains vibrant and full of energy. Her voice still holds the same passion whenever she speaks of tea. All her life, she has held one hope: that the tea hills will thrive, that Vietnam will have clean, sustainable tea regions, and that more Vietnamese people can experience truly good, authentically grown Vietnamese tea. She dreams of sharing the taste of her homeland with the world.
